• The property may not be used for parties, gatherings, or events without prior written approval and any required permits
• Occupancy must not exceed the approved guest count; unapproved guests or over-occupancy may result in additional charges, local fines, or removal from the property
• Illegal activity, excessive noise, or other policy violations may result in guests being asked to leave
• Glitter and confetti are not allowed indoors or outdoors; cleanup may incur a $250 charge
• Guests are expected to leave the home in good condition; excessive cleaning or damage may result in additional charges
• Only toilet paper may be flushed; other items, including wipes, paper towels, dental floss, and feminine products, must not be put in the toilet
• Doors and windows should be locked whenever guests leave the home
