Description
Villa Perelle is a private detached farmhouse on the eastern side of Elba Island, available for lease only. It has been recently renovated to a high standard while keeping its original character. Surrounded by olive trees and ancient cork oaks, the villa offers a peaceful and private setting close to nature, while still being just a short drive from the sea and the coastal areas of Rio Marina and Cavo. The interiors are designed in a refined rustic style, with soft colours, natural materials and comfortable furnishings, and all rooms are air conditioned for year round comfort. The property has also been checked by a technical expert to ensure that the description and facilities are accurate and in good working order.
The villa is set over two floors and offers around 200 square metres of living space. On the ground floor, there is a living room with an open plan kitchen, an ornamental fireplace, sofas and a TV. This floor also includes a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and direct access to the garden, a separate bathroom with a shower, and a laundry room which is accessed from outside. On the first floor, there is another double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, two further double bedrooms including one that can be divided, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a panoramic terrace with views over the gulf, which can be accessed from two of the bedrooms.
Outside, the villa is set within about 6,000 square metres of land, partly enclosed by a wooden fence and surrounded by Mediterranean plants that create a natural and relaxing atmosphere. The garden is well kept and includes a terrace with a dining table, umbrellas and a brick barbecue, making it ideal for outdoor meals. There is also a hot tub for up to six people, positioned to take in the views at sunset, as well as a bocce court for outdoor activities. Please note that the photos were taken in spring, so the appearance of the garden and grass may vary depending on the season at the time of your stay.
