Set on a beautiful estate in the Province of Pisa, this inviting 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom Tuscan villa offers a peaceful countryside escape just a mile from the charming village of Palaia, between Pisa and Florence. Sleeping up to 12 guests, it is well suited to families and groups, with five queen-size bedrooms and one twin bedroom providing comfortable accommodation for everyone. Inside, the villa blends relaxed country living with modern conveniences, including air conditioning, central heating, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, fine linens, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, fireplace and a study space.

The outdoor areas are designed for making the most of Tuscany’s scenery and sunshine. Landscaped gardens, panoramic views, a private pool and al fresco dining areas create a wonderful setting for long lunches, lazy afternoons and memorable evenings together. Guests can enjoy cooking with the BBQ, pizza oven and wood-burning oven, while the vegetable garden adds to the villa’s authentic rural charm. For entertainment, the property offers a games room, board games, a stereo, DVD and CD players, a computer and a games console, as well as a gym for those who like to stay active.
