- Parking is prohibited on the grass or elsewhere in the neighborhood, with space available for up to seven standard-size vehicles.
- Small dogs may be permitted with prior written consent; please inquire about the pet policy.
- Spring Break college groups are not allowed; guests under twenty-five must be accompanied by a guardian of at least twenty-five years.
- No reservation will be made to students or singles under twenty-five unless accompanied by a qualifying guardian at all times.
- Underage drinking and/or partying are strictly prohibited and will lead to eviction without a refund.
Use of Amenities
- Pool and spa heating is available from October 1 to May 30 and must be requested three days in advance.
- The use of the provided Low Speed Vehicle and beach chairs is included for guests, with discounts available for additional vehicle rentals.
Event Policy
- An additional $500 event fee applies for weddings or events held on the property.
