Two bathrooms add extra convenience, including a full indoor bathroom with shower and bidet, plus a second shower room accessed from the garden. Extra Charges
- If necessary, costs for heating in wintertime or when necessary because of climate must be paid on the spot. Electricity is to be paid on the spot also based on consumption at € 0,45 kw/h.
- A town tax is also to be paid on the spot at € 1.50 /pax/ day up to 10 days (guests below the age of 12 years are exempt).
- A Refundable Security Deposit of €200 must be paid in cash at the time of check-in.
- Please note: Check-in is 16.00-20.00 and check-out time is 08.00-10.00. Any other check-in/out time has to be previously agreed upon
- A damage deposit of 400 has to be paid locally for groups under 21.
