Description

The House on the Rock is a typical construction of the Apulian land. This is a trullo immersed in the countryside of Monopoli, a very popular area because it is in the center of the Itria Valley.

The house consists of a two-bedroom trullo adjacent to another building inhabited by the friendly owners Vittorio and Gianna who have been working hard for years to offer the best to guests.

The property offers a parking area as soon as you pass the automatic entrance gate.

In the garden of the property there is a gazebo embellished with a dining table and chairs where you can enjoy your meals in the peace and tranquility that distinguishes this small property. Just away from the gazebo area you will have a monumental barbecue with a sink next to it. A hammock will accompany your most relaxing moments. There is also an external oven if you do not want to use the internal kitchen.

For your moments of leisure outdoors a ping pong table.

Continuing, another relaxation area awaits you with sun loungers and at guests' disposal the swimming pool, for exclusive use, sanitized with UV rays and active oxygen. There is also a small bathroom near the swimming pool. On the edge of the pool there is a small slide for children.

Entering the trullo instead we are immediately greeted by a small living room where we find a fireplace for the coldest days and a dining table. On the right there is a small separè that divides the double sofa bed.

Continuing on the left instead we arrive in the small kitchen complete with oven, microwave, dishes, refrigerator and hob. A small snack table with two chairs for a quick breakfast.

Next to the kitchen we enter the sleeping area where on the left there is the master double bedroom with wardrobe. On the left, however, the bathroom complete with shower, toilet, bidet and sink and another small bedroom with two single bunk beds and a small wardrobe.

There is no air conditioning since the structure, typically Apulian, is cool both day and night.
