House Rules
- No smoking allowed on the property. Violations result in a $300 smoking fee, forfeiture of the security deposit, and liability for fire or property damage costs.
- Pets are not permitted. A fine of $500 per pet applies if undisclosed pets are brought without approval.
- Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm to 8 am. No speakers or sound systems provided. Fines for noise violations can reach up to $10,000 per incident.
- Parties or events require prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties will be shut down and fined.
Use of Amenities
- One of the communal pools is heated; the other is not.
- Parking passes are mandatory for all vehicles, including golf carts and scooters, at $40 each. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.
- Guests are required to register with the community office. Late arrivals must register the following morning.
