Set within the exclusive Terres Basses community of St Martin, Villa Lune de Miel is a private two-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat designed for up to four guests. Meaning “honeymoon” in French, this romantic villa combines beautiful Caribbean Sea views, tropical gardens and relaxed indoor-outdoor living, making it ideal for couples or friends looking for a peaceful island escape.
From the charming courtyard entrance, the villa opens to panoramic views of the sapphire sea framed by tropical trees and colourful gardens. Large windows and doors fill the home with natural light, while travertine floors create a seamless flow between the indoor living spaces, terraces and pool area.
At the heart of the villa is a spacious open-plan great room with comfortable contemporary furnishings and warm tropical touches. The well-equipped kitchen opens directly to the living area and outdoors, with counter seating available for casual meals. Ceiling fans help keep the interiors cool and comfortable.
Outside, spacious terraces make the most of the villa’s beautiful setting. Guests can relax around the tiled private swimming pool on contemporary sun loungers, unwind on oversized outdoor sofas or enjoy alfresco meals beneath the covered loggia. The terraces overlook the gardens and sea, providing a peaceful setting from morning through to sunset.
Both bedrooms are spacious and private, with beautiful sea views and spa-style bathrooms finished with travertine and teak. One bedroom connects directly to the main living space and offers convenient access to the pool, while the second is positioned separately off the terrace with sea and garden views and a semi-private sitting area. One bathroom features a private outdoor shower, while the other opens towards the sea view.
Villa Lune de Miel has also been designed with accessibility in mind. A flat pathway provides convenient access to the pool and outdoor areas, while some bedroom facilities have been thoughtfully designed to accommodate guests with mobility needs.
The villa is ideally placed for exploring the French side of St Martin. The beautiful beaches of Baie Longue, Baie aux Prunes and Baie Rouge are nearby, while the restaurants, shops and waterfront of Marigot are approximately 10 minutes away by car. The airport can be reached in around 15 minutes.
