- Unauthorized events or parties are prohibited without prior written approval and may incur fines.
Use of Amenities
- Outdoor wood-burning fireplaces, fire pits, and charcoal grills are prohibited due to wildfire risk. Fines for violations start at $5,000.
- Outdoor furniture and grills are not available during the winter months.
- 4WD with chains may be necessary during winter to access the property.
Parking Regulations
- Onsite parking is limited to 4 vehicles, with 2 spaces available in the garage.
- No street parking is allowed. Violations can lead to fines of $1,000 or more and potential permit revocation after three or more infractions.
