- Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm to 8 am. Noise violations may result in fines up to $10,000.
- No parties or events are permitted without prior approval and additional fees. Unauthorized events will be stopped, and fines will be imposed.
- Occupancy includes two additional guests beyond bed count, with trifold mattresses available upon request.
- No street parking is allowed. Violations may result in fines of $1,000 or more and potential revocation of the parking permit after multiple offenses.
Use of Amenities
- A beach pass is provided in the welcome drawer. A $250 fee is charged if lost or damaged. The beach closes for the winter season starting November 1st.
Additional Information
- Accidental damage protection is included, covering up to $2,000 in accidental damage, excluding intentional acts or damage caused by pets.
- Third-party vendors may access the property for maintenance, and adherence to safety protocols is expected.
