House Rules
- No smoking inside the property. Violation results in a $300 fee and forfeiture of the security deposit.
- Pets are allowed with prior approval and a fee of $150 per pet. Undisclosed pets incur a $500 fine per pet.
- Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. Violations of noise ordinances may result in fines up to $10,000.
- Events or parties require prior written approval and may incur additional fees. Unauthorized events will be shut down and fined.
Use of Amenities
- Pool heat is available for an extra cost and requires 48 hours' notice; it is not available from May 1st to October 1st. Spa heat is complimentary.
- Pool heat and spa heat cannot be run simultaneously.
- The pool loungers do not have cushions, and no additional cushions will be provided.
- Be aware of wildlife such as insects, scorpions, and snakes. Keep doors and windows closed to prevent entry.
Parking
- Each home accommodates up to 5 cars.
