- The premises do not allow more than 7 guests to use the on-site amenities at one time; larger groups should visit in smaller numbers at different times.
- No parties are allowed.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the condo and the fire detection system is sensitive to smoke; caution is advised to prevent false alarms.
- Parking is limited to one vehicle in an unnumbered space on the left side of the building; additional street parking is available nearby on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Shared pool and fitness center access are included, but limited to 7 guests at a time.
