House Rules
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Violating this policy results in a $300 fee, forfeiture of the security deposit, and liability for any fire or property damage.
- Guests must be at least 25 years old to book the home.
- Parties or events are not allowed without prior written approval. Unauthorized parties will incur fines and be shut down.
- Noise must be kept to a minimum during quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am. Non-compliance can lead to fines up to $10,000.
- Fireplaces are off-limits for guest use.
Pet Policy
- One pet under 40 lbs is allowed for a fee of $250. Advance approval is required.
Use of Amenities
- The pool is shared with four other homes and is not heated.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own beach towels and chairs; however, a $250 beach gear credit is provided for stays between 4-28 nights.
Damage Protection
- A non-refundable plan covers accidental damage up to $2000. This does not include intentional acts, negligence, or pet-related damages, and is not valid for stays over 28 days.
