• This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and a $300 smoking fee.
• Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. Violation of noise ordinances may result in fines up to $10,000.
• No parties or events are allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties will be shut down and fined.

Pet Policies

• A maximum of 2 pets are allowed, subject to prior approval and an additional fee. Undisclosed pets will incur a $500 fine per pet.

Use of Amenities

• Pool heat is available for an additional fee but must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
• Pool and spa heat are not available between May 1st and October 1st.
