This property is conveniently located within walking distance to the free trolly stop, shopping and restaurants. Enjoy the sunsets over the beach from the open porch. A comfortably furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bath, 1st floor walk out villa sitting directly on the beach. This gorgeous rental accommodates up to four guests with a king size bed and two twin beds. The living room features a 48" television and each bedroom has a 32" television. Recently renovated with a brand new kitchen and bathroom. Parking is limited to one vehicle.
