• Smoking is not permitted inside the property; evidence of smoking or smoke odor may result in a minimum $500 charge.
• Approved pets are welcome, but they must stay off furniture and bedding, be cleaned up after, and not enter pools, hot tubs, or bathtubs.
• Pets should not be left unattended unless secured in a crate or cage.
• Guests are responsible for any additional cleaning or damage related to pets.
• All guests and visitors must follow the property rules; violations may result in removal without a refund, and any related fines or citations are the guest’s responsibility.

Parking and Waste

• Vehicles must be parked only in the garage, carport, or designated driveway spaces.
• Parking in neighbours’ driveways, swales, lawns, or other undesignated areas is not permitted.
• Trash and recycling bins must remain in their designated location except for scheduled collection.
• Overflowing trash left at departure may result in a $250 removal charge.

Noise and Neighbourhood

• Guests are expected to respect the quiet residential neighbourhood and nearby neighbours.
• Loud noise is restricted between 10 pm and 7 am and must also remain within local daytime noise limits.
• If management is called due to a noise complaint, a $500 fine may apply.

Safety and Amenity Use

• The property has a front-facing security camera and a noise level monitoring system.
• Use of the pool and any water-related facilities is at guests’ own risk.
• Guests are responsible for pool and water safety, including supervising infants, toddlers, and children.
• Use of amenities such as baby gear, bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, and similar equipment is at guests’ own risk.
• Visitors must follow all rules at public beaches and parks, including wildlife protection rules during turtle nesting season.
• Wildlife must not be disturbed.

Vendors and Services
