Pool and Outdoor Areas
- The attached spa is not a jacuzzi and does not have jets.
- Spa heating is only available when the full pool is heated, and both will reach the same temperature.
- Pool water temperature is capped at 95°F.
- Pool heating should be arranged in advance.
- Pool heating works through a heat-exchange system, so performance can be reduced in colder weather and may be temporarily unavailable if the system activates its safety protection mode.
- The private pool includes a child safety fence, and care should be taken when using the pool area.
Deliveries and Services
- Standard postal deliveries may not be accepted at vacation homes and can be returned to sender.
- Courier deliveries may be possible, but acceptance procedures can vary by resort and delivery issues remain the guest’s responsibility.
- Daily housekeeping is not included during the stay.

Just 5 miles from Disney and close to all the other major attractions in Orlando, the resort offers excellent facilities for all guests including a clubhouse with a heated pool with private cabanas, a kids splash park, an arcade, a fitness centre, volleyball courts and a putt-putt golf course. You can also find a host of shops and restaurants including an on-site bar and grill, a general store and an ice cream parlor. For golfing fans, Festival Resort is a stone's throw from the revered ChampionsGate Golf Resort, with many other championship golf courses in the nearby area.
