- Quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
- Only 1 parking spot is available per condo.
- Smoking, vaping, or using electronic cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside the home. A minimum charge of $1000 will be applied for violations.
- Pets are not permitted. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 non-refundable fee and may result in eviction.
- Maximum occupancy must be observed. Unauthorized events or additional guests can lead to eviction and forfeiture of any payments.
- The responsible guest must be at least 21 years old and present during the stay. False information may result in forfeiture of payments and eviction.
Use of Amenities
- Community hot tubs, game room, and other swimming amenities are used at your own risk; there are no lifeguards.
- Bath towels or linens from the vacation home should not be used at pools or hot tubs.
- Hot tub covers must remain on when not in use and should be treated with care. Extra charges may apply for cleaning or damage.
- Noise levels may be monitored using smart home technology. Excessive noise disturbances can incur a minimum $500 charge.
Property Care
- Guests are responsible for treating the property with respect and reporting any damage immediately.
- Any unreported damage or excessive mess will result in additional fees.
- Rearranging or removing items from the property is prohibited. Ensure doors and windows are locked when not present.
Neighborhood/HOA Rules
- Guests must comply with neighborhood or HOA rules regarding parking and amenities. Violations may lead to fines or eviction.
