House Rules
- No smoking inside the property. Violation will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
- Pets are not allowed. If undisclosed pets are brought in, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. Violation of noise ordinances may result in fines up to $10,000 per violation.
- Parties or events are not permitted without prior written approval. Unauthorized gatherings will lead to fines and shutdown.
Use of Amenities
- The pool is not heated.
- Cable and WIFI are provided as a convenience and may experience outages.
- Guests are advised to manage any pest issues due to the island setting.
