House Rules
- No smoking inside the property. Violation results in a forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
- Pets are not allowed. Bringing undisclosed pets incurs a $500 fine per pet.
- Parties and events are not allowed without prior written approval. Unauthorized events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book. Groups without someone 25 years or older are subject to eviction.
- Occupancy limits include infants and babies and must be adhered to.
- Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm to 8 am. Noise ordinance violations may lead to fines up to $10,000.
- Golf carts must be booked ahead with Coastal Eds to ensure availability.
- Parking passes are required, with 2 passes provided per condo; parking is unassigned within the complex.
- Boat and golf cart parking must occur in designated areas. A separate pass is required for golf carts.
- During city water restrictions, rinse stations may be unavailable.
- Cable/WIFI services may occasionally be intermittent due to the island location.
- Construction may be audible during your stay.
- Service Animals are allowed, but must be certified. Misrepresentation may lead to eviction.
- Regular pest control services are conducted; however, there may still be times with a high presence of mosquitoes/pests.
- Enhanced cleaning and sanitation protocols are in place to ensure guest safety.
