- No smoking inside the property. Violators will forfeit the security deposit, incur a $300 smoking fee, and be liable for any fire or property damage costs.
- Pets are not allowed. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine per pet. Service animals are permitted with prior notification; if the animal is not a certified Service Animal, eviction may occur.
- Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized gatherings will be shut down and may result in fines.
- Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9pm-8am. Violations can lead to fines of up to $10,000.
- Maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. The total number of guests must adhere to the limit.
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book each home. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult. Non-compliance can lead to eviction.
- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience and may be subject to intermittent service.
- During city water restrictions, rinse stations may be unavailable.
- Construction may occur nearby; noise from building or community projects is possible.
- Washers and dryers are available in-unit and within the complex.
- Parking passes are required: 2 per condo provided.
- No assigned parking; park anywhere within the complex.
- Designated areas available for boat and golf cart parking.
- Pool facilities are available, but rinse stations may be affected by water restrictions.
- Golf carts can be rented from Coastal Eds, though availability upon delay is not guaranteed.
- The property is regularly treated for pests, but the presence of mosquitos and other insects can occur.
- Safety protocols are enhanced, with regular cleaning and disinfection practices in place.
- Cooperation with third-party vendors for maintenance is essential; guests are advised to deny access if protocols are not followed.
