- Events or parties are prohibited without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized gatherings will result in a fine.
- Up to 2 pets are allowed with prior approval. Bringing undisclosed pets may incur a $500 fine per pet.
- The community pool is not heated.
- The boat dock is suitable only for "shallow style" boats; caution is advised due to shallow water.
