- This is a smoke-free property. Violating the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 fee and potential liability for damages.
- Pets are not allowed. A $500 fine per pet is imposed if undisclosed pets are brought without approval.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) are strictly enforced. Violations of noise ordinances can result in fines up to $10,000.
- Unauthorized events or parties are prohibited and will incur penalties.
Use of Amenities
- Gas fireplaces are unavailable from April 15 to October 15.
- The communal pool is open from mid-May to mid-September, weather permitting.
Parking
- Parking is available for up to four cars on the paved gravel driveway. There is no garage or street parking.
Additional Information
- Accidental damage protection plan covers unintentional damages up to $2000, excluding intentional acts or damages by pets.
