- No smoking inside the property; violations incur a $300 smoking fee and may lead to forfeiture of the security deposit and liability for fire or property damage.
- Up to 2 pets allowed with prior approval; undisclosed pets result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Maximum occupancy is 30 guests across 11 bedrooms.
- Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm to 8 am; violations of noise ordinances may lead to fines up to $10,000.
- Events or parties require prior written approval and may incur an additional fee; unauthorized parties will result in shutdown and fines.
Use of Amenities
- The pool is available from mid-May to mid-September. Pool heating is not provided.
- The fireplace is decorative only and not for guest use.
Damage Protection
- A damage protection plan covers accidental damages up to $2000, excluding intentional acts or damages by pets.
