With its private pool and modern, elegant interior, it is the perfect place for a quiet and relaxing getaway, without sacrificing modern comforts. Accessing the property through a private entrance, you arrive at a conveniently located parking area. A couple of steps lead to a cozy covered terrace that welcomes you to the main villa door. Upon opening the main door, you enter a spacious and bright living-dining room, which harmoniously combines traditional details, such as stone walls and a wooden beam ceiling, with a modern and elegant decoration. The living room has been carefully furnished with comfortable sofas, a dining table with contemporary chairs, and a breakfast bar that connects to the kitchen, which is completely new and well-equipped, offering everything necessary to prepare delicious meals.
From the living room, an arch leads to two rooms: a double bedroom and a double bedroom with twin beds, both decorated with a modern and functional style, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, there is a full bathroom that serves both rooms, as well as an additional bathroom with a shower for greater comfort.
The living room doors open directly to a covered terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying a relaxing drink while contemplating the landscape. This terrace connects to an additional open terrace that provides access to the rectangular saltwater pool. The pool, completely private, is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun, and can also be fenced upon request for added security.
Next to the pool area, you will find a brick barbecue, ideal for organizing outdoor dinners. Prepare your meal on the barbecue and enjoy a unique evening in Mallorca's warm climate, surrounded by the tranquility offered by the countryside. The villa's atmosphere, combined with its picturesque surroundings and the amenities it offers, will make your stay a memorable experience.
