Description
Villa Pi Verd is a great choice for those seeking a villa holiday with your own private pool yet still having the convenience of being close to all the amenities. This traditional Mallorcan style villa is located just a short stroll to nearby coved beaches, cafe's, restaurants and supermarkets. Cala d'Or is a popular choice for all generations, with its must-see yacht marina and seafront eateries, bustling bars and boutique shops. For alfresco feasts back at Pi Verd, why not grab some freshly baked bread, crisp pastries and spicy chorizo for tapas lunches poolside. There's a brick-built BBQ situated under the beamed terrace, shaded from the midday sun and a great spot for cooking and entertaining. The rectangular pool takes centre stage and is great for cooling off under the hot Mallorcan sun whilst splashing around with the kids. French-style patio doors lead to the minimalistic living room, complete with cosy sofas and a flat-screen TV. There's a fully equipped kitchen and an ensuite bedroom on the ground floor, whilst the remaining two bedrooms reside on the first floor. As an added bonus, Pi Verd benefits from a first-floor balcony terrace, accessed from the landing area. This little slice of paradise is a great spot for night caps as you reminisce about your sunny getaway.
Changeover Days: Usual day is Saturdays. Mid-May - Mid-September is fixed, flexible at any other times.
