Description of the house: Our holiday residence is a spacious and light-flooded property comprising six bedrooms: one single with en suite bathroom and five doubles, all equipped with individual beds and individual air conditioning systems, making it the perfect retreat for large groups or families looking to enjoy time together without sacrificing their own personal space.
The property's garden, which faces the sea, stands as an oasis of serenity and tranquillity, ideal for relaxing, sunbathing or enjoying al fresco dining. The spacious terraces offer spectacular panoramic views of the rock beach, providing the ideal place to sip a glass of wine at sunset or simply relax to the sound of the lapping waves.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for the preparation of delicious meals in the company of family or friends. If you prefer a dining experience in a restaurant, the residence is located within walking distance of some of the most outstanding restaurants in the area.
The spacious living and dining room, adorned with cosy décor, offers an ideal space for conviviality, equipped with an air-conditioning system. The large windows allow natural light to flood the room and offer sea views. The residence also has an additional interior terrace. Imagine waking up in the morning and taking a walk on the beach before breakfast, or enjoying a swim at sunset.
Location: Our holiday residence enjoys a strategic location that will allow you to explore the natural beauty of Majorca. Alcudia is known for its white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters, which are within walking distance of the house. In addition, you will be a short drive from Alcudia's old town, with its picturesque cobbled streets, shops and top class restaurants.
