- No smoking is allowed inside the property. Violations of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 fee, forfeiture of the security deposit, and liability for any damages.
- Service animals are allowed, but a fine of $500 per pet applies for undisclosed pets brought to the property without prior approval.
- Noise restrictions and quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm to 8 am. Violations can incur fines up to $10,000.
- Unauthorized events or parties are not allowed. Violations will result in fines and immediate shutdown.
Use of Amenities
- The built-in grill is out of service, but a propane grill is available for use.
- Pool heating is not offered, and the pool is cleaned weekly by maintenance staff.
- The indoor fireplace is unavailable for guest use.
- Access to the elevator requires prior request and approval.
Parking
- Strict parking rules limit parking to no more than one car per bedroom, with a total of five cars allowed in the driveway and garage.
