- Pets, including ESAs, are not permitted. A fine of $1000 per pet applies for any undeclared animals.
- No smoking is allowed inside the property. Violations incur a $300 smoking fee and potential forfeiture of the security deposit.
- Quiet hours are in effect from 9 pm to 8 am. Violations of noise ordinances can result in fines up to $10,000.
- Events or parties require prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized gatherings will be shut down, and a fine will be imposed.
- Fireplaces are not available for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in the Wild Dunes area.
Use of Amenities
- Guests must bring their own beach/pool towels.
- The Ocean Point pool is accessible year-round but is not heated.
- Beach chairs and toys are not provided. However, a $250 beach gear credit is available for reservations between 4-28 nights.
Additional Information
- Parking is available for up to 4 cars in the garage and driveway. There is no alternate parking available.
- Guests can access cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes, but must book other amenities like golf or tennis separately.
