- No smoking is allowed on the property. A violation incurs a $300 fee, forfeiture of the security deposit, and responsibility for any damage.
- Pets, including emotional support animals, are not allowed. Bringing undisclosed animals results in a $500 fine per pet.
- Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9 pm to 8 am. Noise ordinance violations can lead to fines up to $10,000.
- Unauthorized parties or events are prohibited without written approval and an additional fee. Violations will incur fines.
- Occupancy limits must be respected.
- The Pelican Bay pool is accessible from May through September 30 with a required pool pass. The pool is not heated.
- Fireplaces are not available for guest use.
- Beach/pool towels, beach chairs, and toys are not provided.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not permitted within Wild Dunes.
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
- Be aware that third-party vendors who maintain the property might not always adhere to PPE standards.
