House Rules

• This is a smoke-free property. Violators will incur a $300 smoking fee and forfeit the security deposit. Liability for any fire or property damage costs also applies.
• A maximum of 2 pets are allowed with prior approval and an additional fee of $150 per pet. Undisclosed pets will result in a $500 per pet fine.
• Occupancy includes an additional two guests beyond the bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens are available upon request.
• Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9 pm to 8 am. Violation of noise ordinances can result in fines up to $10,000 per violation.
• No parties or events are allowed without prior written approval. Unauthorized parties or events will result in fines and immediate shutdown.

Use of Amenities

• Pool heating is available for an additional fee and must be requested 24-48 hours before check-in. It is not available during the summer months (May - September).
• Cleaning protocols have been enhanced, with extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations.
• Guests are advised to deny access to 3rd party vendors not adhering to CDC guidelines and PPE standards.
