- No smoking allowed on the property. Violations will result in a forfeiture of the security deposit and a $300 smoking fee, with additional liability for any fire or property damage costs.
- This property allows a maximum of 2 pets, subject to prior approval. There is an additional fee of $150 per pet. Bringing undisclosed pets will incur a fine of $500 per pet.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am are strictly enforced.
- No events or parties are permitted without prior written approval. Unauthorized events will result in a shutdown and fines.
Use of Amenities
- Pool heat is available for an additional cost and must be requested 24-48 hours before check-in. It is not available from April 2 to September 30.
- Guests are advised to ensure third-party vendors adhere to CDC guidelines for health and safety.
