- The pool heating must be requested 24-48 hours in advance and is not available during summer months (April - September).
- The fireplace is not for guest use.
- Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm to 8 am. Violation of noise ordinances can result in fines up to $10,000.
- No speakers or sound systems are provided.
Parking
- Maximum of 8 cars onsite. The gravel driveway accommodates 6 cars, and the garage accommodates 2 cars.
Fines and Penalties
- Unauthorized pets: $500 fine per pet.
- Smoking violation: security deposit forfeiture and $300 fee.
- Noise ordinance violation: fines up to $10,000.
