House Rules
- This is a smoke-free property. Any violation will result in a $300 fee and possible liability for fire or damage costs.
- No pets are allowed. If undisclosed pets are found, a $500 fine per pet will be incurred.
- Occupancy limits must be adhered to, with a maximum of two extra guests beyond bed count, requiring prior approval for tri-fold mattresses.
- Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm to 8 am. Noise violations may result in fines up to $10,000.
- Events or parties are prohibited without prior written approval. Any unauthorized gatherings will result in fines.
Use of Amenities
- The griddle feature of the Wolf range is disabled for safety. Any attempt to use it will incur a $2,000 fine.
- Casement windows must remain closed due to wind damage risk. Violations will lead to fines.
- The fireplace is not for guest use.
- Pool heat is available from October 1st to April 1st with a 48-hour advance request. If exterior temperatures fall below 50°F, maintaining warm pool temperatures may be difficult.

- Parking is limited to the driveway and 2 car garage; no street parking is allowed.
