- Pool heat can be added for an additional charge but must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Pool heat is not available between April 1st and October 1st.
- No live TV provided; only streaming apps are available, requiring guests to sign in.

Fines and Penalties
- Violating noise ordinances can result in fines up to $10,000 per violation.
- Unauthorized events or parties will be shut down and fined.
