- No smoking inside the property. Violation of this policy will result in a $300 fee and liability for any damage.
- One pet allowed per stay, subject to prior approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fine per pet.
- No parties or events without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized events will result in fines.
- Quiet hours from 9pm to 8am must be observed. Violations of noise ordinances can result in fines up to $10,000.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced.
Use of Amenities
- The fireplace is non-operational.
- Beach chairs are not provided. For rentals, contact the management.
- Guests are required to turn off all outdoor lights and close blinds from 10pm to dawn to protect nesting sea turtles (May to October).
- Use of the hot tub is at your own risk; please follow all safety guidelines.
