- This is a smoke-free property. Violating the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 fee, forfeiture of the security deposit, and liability for any fire or property damage.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours from 9pm-8am are strictly enforced. Violations may incur fines up to $10,000.
- Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and may involve additional fees. Unauthorized events will be shut down and fined.
- Only 1 pet is allowed, subject to prior approval and a fee. Undisclosed pets will incur a $500 fine per pet.
Use of Amenities
- Guests need to turn off all outdoor lights and close blinds from 10pm to dawn to protect nesting sea turtles from May to October.
- The fireplace is non-operational.
- The elevator is unavailable for guest use.
- Beach chairs are not provided but can be rented.

- Parking is limited to 4 cars, one per bedroom, in the driveway. Strict parking rules are enforced.
