House Rules
- No pets are allowed. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home, a fine of $500 per pet applies.
- This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
- Quiet hours are enforced from 9pm to 8am. Violation of noise ordinances may result in fines up to $10,000.
- Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval. Unauthorized events will be shut down, and fines will be assessed.
Parking Restrictions
- No on-street parking or parking in the Association's right-of-way is allowed at any time.
- All vehicles must be parked in the property's driveway.
- Parking is restricted to vehicles with current Association decals or passes when using Association facilities.
- Illegally parked vehicles may be towed at the owner's expense.
- Vehicles must be parked in designated stalls across from the cluster mailboxes; stopping alongside the mailboxes, on the roadway, or in the concrete area will result in fines.
