- No smoking is allowed on the property. Violations will result in a $300 smoking fee and potential liability for fire or property damage.
- Pets are not permitted. Bringing undisclosed pets will incur a $500 fine per pet.
- Occupancy is limited, with an allowance of two additional guests beyond the bed count using trifold floor mattresses upon request.
- Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm to 8 am.
- Parties or events are prohibited without prior written approval and may involve an additional fee. Unauthorized parties will be shut down and fines assessed.
Use of Amenities
- The fireplace is not available for guest use.
- Air conditioning is provided only in the main living and dining area, while fans are available in the bedrooms.
Community Rules
- The Arrowhead Lake Community requires guest registration prior to arrival, and a late fee will be imposed for registrations made less than 3 days before arrival.
- Changes to rental registration, including guest or vehicle details, must be made more than 2 days before arrival.
- Noise ordinance violations can result in fines up to $10,000.
