- No smoking allowed on the property. Violation results in a $300 fee, forfeiture of the security deposit, and liability for fire or property damage costs.
- Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm to 8 am. Breaking noise ordinances can result in fines up to $10,000.
- No pets allowed. Bringing an undisclosed pet incurs a $500 fine per pet.
- Events or parties require prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized events will be shut down and fined.
- Occupancy includes an additional two guests beyond the bed count, with trifold floor mattresses and linens available upon request.
Use of Amenities
- Pool heating requires a request at least 48 hours before arrival and cannot be done simultaneously with spa heating.
- Pool heating is charged at additional cost
- The fireplace in the living area is non-operational.
- The microwave above the oven is non-functional; use the alternate microwave next to the oven.
- Outdoor furniture is stored during winter and unavailable for guest use.
- The fountain is non-operational in winter months.
