- No smoking is allowed on the property. Violation will result in a $300 fee, potential forfeiture of the security deposit, and liability for any damages.
- Pets are permitted with a fee. Bringing undisclosed pets incurs a $500 fine per pet.
- Events or parties require prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized events will be shut down and fined.
- Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am, and occupancy limits must be respected to avoid fines, which can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
- The electric grill must be turned off and unplugged after each use.
- The dumpsters outside are reserved for commercial tenants; guests should use indoor trash and recycling cans.
- Adhere to parking rules: each reservation has one garage space and one driveway space.
