Stayed in October 2026
My team of 20 stayed at the Sherrills Ford 14 Compound, utilizing all three homes, and we had an absolutely amazing experience. We've made this an annual trip for the past three years, and this was by far our best stay yet. This property is truly the perfect place for a large group to come together, bond, celebrate, and enjoy time with one another. We stayed at the beginning of October, and the weather couldn't have been better. We spent most of our time outside, which is exactly what this property is designed for. The outdoor entertaining spaces are incredible and provided the perfect setting for our group throughout the weekend. If I had one suggestion, it would be to add outdoor TVs so guests can enjoy sporting events or favorite shows while spending time outside. That small addition would make the experience even better. The only challenge we encountered was with communication through Top Villas. Upon arrival, we received a welcome packet with check-in and check-out instructions, but one of the homes had a different entry code than what was provided. It took a little longer than expected to reach someone and get the updated code, but once we were connected, the issue was resolved quickly and everything went smoothly from there. Overall, we had an incredible stay and could not have been happier with the property. My team is already talking about coming back next year, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable getaway for a large group.
