- No smoking is allowed within the property. Violations will incur a $300 fee, forfeiture of the security deposit, and potential liability for any damages.
- A maximum of 2 pets may be accommodated with prior approval. Unauthorized pets result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Events, group gatherings, or parties are strictly prohibited at any time.
- Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm to 8 am. Violations of noise ordinances may lead to fines up to $10,000.
Use of Amenities
- Indoor fireplaces are not available for guest use.
- Pool heating is available upon request and must be arranged at least 48 hours before use. Additional charges apply.
Parking
- A maximum of 24 cars can be accommodated, with up to 8 cars per unit driveway. Street parking and parking on the grass are not permitted.
