- No pets are allowed in the home. A fine of $500 per pet applies for undisclosed pets.
- Smoking is prohibited within the property. Violations will incur a $300 fee and potential forfeiture of the security deposit along with liability for any fire or property damage.
- Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9 pm to 8 am. Violations of noise ordinances may result in fines up to $10,000 per violation.
- Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval. Unauthorized events will result in a fine.
- The pool is closed from mid-September through mid-May, with no pool heating available.
- Firewood is not provided; please plan accordingly.
- A 4x4 vehicle is recommended in winter due to steep, windy roads and potential inclement weather.
