Sliding doors open to a furnished balcony with mountain views, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. The well-equipped kitchen features high-end appliances, generous counter space and plenty of storage, while the dining area includes seating for the whole group at the table and breakfast bar. A desk nook, laundry room, Wi-Fi, ski locker, garage parking for one car and additional property parking add extra convenience. The spacious primary bedroom features a king bed, mountain views, a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. Parking and Community Rules

Noise and Conduct

- Noise disturbances that lead to a neighbor complaint, law enforcement visit, or property management visit may result in a minimum $500 charge, plus any law enforcement fines
Care of the Property
- Guests are expected to leave the home tidy and in the same general condition as on arrival
- Trash must be disposed of properly and should not be left outside or allowed to overflow, due to wildlife
- Windows and doors must be locked when guests are away from the property
- Furniture, fixtures, and household items should not be rearranged or removed
- Damage must be reported promptly; guests are responsible for damage, missing items, excessive dirt, or unreported damage, which may result in additional charges
Use of Amenities
- Swimming pools, lakes, docks, rivers, and oceans have no lifeguards on duty and are used at guests’ own risk
- Bath towels and linens from the home may not be taken to the pool or beach
- Hot tubs should not be used with soap, shampoo, bath oils, or similar products
- Hot tub covers must remain on when the hot tub is not in use
- Guests should not sit, stand on, or mistreat hot tub covers
- Excessive cleaning or damage to pool or hot tub amenities may result in additional charges
Seasonal Conditions
- Snow removal is arranged during the winter season when snowfall reaches 3 inches or more
- All-season tires are recommended in summer, snow tires in winter, and all-wheel drive year-round
