- No pets allowed. Bringing a pet will result in a $500 fee and/or potential eviction.

- Maximum occupancy must be strictly followed. Unauthorized events or gatherings can lead to eviction and forfeited payments.
- Guests must be at least 21 years or older to book and must be present during the stay.
- Care must be taken to leave the home in the condition it was found and report any damage immediately.
Use of Amenities
- Swimming and hot tub use are at your own risk; no bathing products allowed in hot tubs, and covers must be used when not in use. Fees apply for damages or excessive cleaning.
