- No smoking inside the property. Violating the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee, forfeiture of the security deposit, and liability for fire or property damage costs.
- Pets are not allowed. Bringing undisclosed pets without approval incurs a $500 fine per pet.
- Quiet hours are enforced between 9 PM and 8 AM. Violations of noise ordinances can result in fines up to $10,000 per incident.
- No parties or events are permitted without prior written approval. Unauthorized events will be halted and a fine will be imposed.
- Fireplaces are for decorative purposes only and are non-operational.
- Third-party vendors may access the property for maintenance. Please ensure they adhere to CDC guidelines and PPE usage, and deny access if not compliant.
