- Damage Liability: €2,000 - upon arrival, clients are required to sign a document with their credit card details to authorize a charge in case of damages
- Visitor's tax: The Italian government might require the payment of a Visitor’s Tax (approximately €1.50 - €6.00 per person, per day, depending on the location) and may be applied for the first ten days in the destination. This tax is payable locally, in Euro cash.

- Pets allowed upon owner’s approval, and for a fee
- No event or party allowed, unless with prior approval by the owner
- For the duration of the stay, the list of Guests must remain the same, unless approved by the owner
- Late check-in or earlier check-out fee: €100
