Il Nachiro is a newly-built property immersed in the colours and scents of Mediterranean scrub, less than a kilometre from Pescoluse and just three kilometres from the pearl of Salento, the wonderful white sand beach known as the beach of the Maldives. An attractive stone driveway leads to the structure which has just one floor and consists of three double bedrooms and a large open-plan living area with big windows opening onto the beautiful furnished portico. The villa is surrounded by a large level private garden with a lovely infinity pool, a fully-equipped relaxation area and a small wood where you can cool off during the hottest days. The structure is perfectly integrated into the environment in which it is located, with the Lecce stone and the dry stone with which it was constructed rendering it a painting in perfect harmony with its frame.
