Located just 5 km from the medieval town of Modigliana, the property is perfectly positioned for exploring Florence, Bologna, Ferrara, Faenza, Ravenna and even the Republic of San Marino, while Venice can also be reached for a memorable day trip. The villa is easily accessible from both Bologna and Forlì airports and is within reach of the popular Romagna Riviera resorts, including Cervia, Cesenatico and Milano Marittima. Golf enthusiasts will also appreciate the selection of 18-hole golf courses located within an hour’s drive. Set across two levels, Villa Dina comfortably combines traditional charm with modern comforts. The villa features a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area with a fireplace, a bright veranda for relaxing or dining, and six well-appointed bedrooms, several with en-suite bathrooms. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms and kitchen for added comfort.
Outside, guests can enjoy approximately 40,000 m² of private grounds filled with mature trees and fruit orchards. Leisure facilities include a large private swimming pool, a synthetic-surface tennis court, a gym and a children’s playground. A shaded gazebo with dining facilities and a built-in barbecue creates the perfect setting for al fresco meals while taking in the surrounding countryside. The private swimming pool, open from late April to early October, is set on a panoramic terrace and includes a spacious sunbathing area with loungers, parasols and an outdoor hot-water shower.
