- Pets are not permitted at the home. Unauthorized pets may lead to a $500 non-refundable penalty and removal from the property.
- Smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes are not allowed anywhere in the home. Breaching this rule may result in a minimum $1,000 charge.
- The lead guest must be at least 21 years old and remain at the property for the duration of the stay.
- Maximum occupancy must be respected at all times.
Property Use Restrictions

Care of the Home

- Unreported damage may also result in further charges.
- Windows and doors should be locked whenever the property is unattended.
- Furniture and household items should not be rearranged or removed.
Noise and Monitoring
- Noise should be kept at a respectful level throughout the stay.
- Smart home technology may be used to monitor volume levels without recording conversations.
- Noise disturbances that lead to complaints, law enforcement attendance, or a management visit may result in a minimum $500 penalty, along with any additional official fines.
Amenity and Safety Notes
- Swimming areas such as pools, lakes, docks, rivers, and oceans carry inherent risks, and use is at your own risk as there are no lifeguards on duty.
- If using any pool or hot tub facilities, bath towels and linens from the home should not be taken outside.
- Hot tubs are intended for soaking only; soaps, shampoos, bath oils, and similar products should not be used.
- Hot tub covers should remain on when the tub is not in use and should be handled carefully to avoid damage.
- For winter travel, 4WD or AWD with snow tires is strongly recommended for vehicles used in the area.
