A truly unique property with a private pool, large and modern, located right on the sandy beach of Rethymno. With a wide array of shops, restaurants, bars and facilities within easy walking distance, this is the perfect property for groups up to 12 guests who don't want to rely constantly on a car while on holiday. The sandy beach in front of the villa is one of the most sought after of the area, the surroundings are exclusive, the interiors are stylish and the views are simply stunning: these are all the ingredients for an unforgettable Cretan holiday.

Inside is set over 3 floors, and has a total of 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, large common areas and terraces. Entrance is onto the mid floor, where the air-conditioned main living area is located. There are plenty of comfortable sofas, tables for indoor dining, a brand new fully equipped kitchen (with plenty of cabinets and all the most modern appliances), a double bedroom with air-conditioning and en-suite shower room and a family shower room. Patio doors open onto the poolside terraces providing direct access to the garden, pool and offering breathtaking views over the sea and the sunset. Stairs lead up to the upper floor, with 4 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 doubles, 2 twins) and 2 family bathrooms with bathtub. The bedrooms provide access to beautiful balconies, once again providing amazing , unobstructed views over the sea. Waking up every morning with such a view will be the experience of a lifetime! The 6th bedroom is located on the lower floor of the villa and has twin beds together with an en-suite shower room. On the lower floor there is also a great game room with billiards and table football, perfect for entertaining the younger guests.

Outside, Villa Avra offers a fantastic combination of stunning features, able to turn this villa into a unique property: gardens with lawn, private pool with dedicated children section, barbecue, panoramic terraces, unobstructed views and sandy beach at your doorstep. The private pool measures 8m x 4m ( separate shallow children section) and depth is 1.4m . Comfortable sunbeds, sofas, and outdoor dining areas are available for endless relaxation under the shining Cretan sun, all summer long.
